The team were great! First customers through the door on a Saturday, speedy service and great food. We both said the food was the best we had here.

The check backs were great as well, Olivia was really polite and asked if there was anything else she could get for us but there wasn’t.

An issue with the soft serve machine but no problem, a quick 5 min wait and was all fixed.

We went to Nando’s for the first time as we had a £25 voucher. The voucher didn’t work so had to pay the full amount which was frustrating as we wouldn’t have chosen to eat there. The manageress was amazing. She offered a free desert which we didn’t partake in but before she knew that came back with a voucher for us to eat at another time. This was not the fault of Nando’s yet this gesture was so amazing I will recommend the Yate branch to everyone and will certayeat there again.

I was really welcomed! The staff was great. I loved my meal, everything was perfect! I am amazed. A girl served me, she didn't had her name badge on but she had longish brown hair with a trainee top on. She was really kind and she had a nice smile. Also I was watching the griller boys making the chicken and honestly it looked amazing. I couldn't wait to get my meal.

Yate Nando's ticked all the boxes as a convenient stop to break up the drive from London to Cardiff for a lunchtime peri-peri fix with free parking right outside and a relatively new restaurant to check out. This Nando's is coming up to its second birthday and has received numerous accolades in its region for breaking targets and being brilliant all-round, which is certainly no surprise based on my experience there!

Be careful not to follow sat navigation or the map or it will take you to Yate shopping centre, you want Riverside complex which is next to it but with its own parking, like it's name it is by the River but has made no use of it other than a possible run off for the car park, a big missed opportunity.
The Store is below TKMAX and within a short walk of the cinema, with loads of parking.

Super excited that this new Nandos has opened so close to where I live! High levels of genuine joy! Love a Nandos- always have.

Lovely staff at this new Nandos and I saved so much money using Nandos card chillies <3

Took a guy there for our second date- he's Canadian so was not familiar with the experience of a piri piri chicken party. Same guy recently asked me to be his girlfriend. I said yes. Thanks Nandos!

This Nando's is in the new extension of Yate Shopping centre called the The Riverside. Not all the units are taken here yet, so it's a little bare, but does mean there is no shortage of parking with hundreds of free spaces right outside. Yate train station is 1 mile walk away too.
