Had a great experience at Nando’s today. The waitresses were very welcoming and happy to help, even when I forgot a few things while ordering they remained polite and professional throughout.

Manager Amy was particularly exceptional. She had a great smile and was incredibly attentive, even while waiting tables herself. She struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, and really made us feel welcome. Her presence genuinely elevated the experience.

It’s rare to get that kind of service where staff seem to truly care. Props to Amy and the whole team we’ll definitely be back.
