As a huge nandos fan I was extremely disappointed with the service I received.
Firstly my friend's order was wrong we ordered corn on the cob and received chips, which admittedly they exchanged however it was for the most inedible corn i have ever see. It was burnt and tasted awful. Secondly the cutlery which was slim to none and at such a busy location needed replenishment consisted of dirty knives and forks. My friend's meal was taken away from her before being fully finished and I felt the member of staff that served me was rude and oblivious to me as a customer. In comparison to my local nando's, I was highly disappointed with the experience overall!
