The acting manager should definitely be acting and never given a chance to be the manager without a proper training, this Nando’s is my local I come here alone all the time and always have the best service, however this evening the acting manger was so unprofessional and disrespectful to the maxi I had to return my order after one bite of hot wings and few bites of chips. This acting manager spoke to me with so much contempt for simply asking why the irregularities of the hot wings. Inwas challenges by him as if he was having a personal vendetta against a person he knew. I usually come to habe hot wings after work as I live on Holland Rd and this particular acting manager is a person who is unqualified and uninformed and unprofessional in every sense of the word management. He left me dump founded and in disbelief as to how he handlers himself. I need a written apology from this incompetent so called acting manager.
