This is only my second visit here because the first time was a disaster. 45 minutes wait for warm food which I had to ask for twice, but that was a few yEars ago and I have never been back until today.

Since then they've put in a proper queuing system which start as you reach the top of the escalator. Told only a ten minute wait it actually wasn't that long. Seated on table 60 I wondered if we'd ever get to a table the way we travelled down the whole restaurant. Very open plan, tables not too squished together and very bright with natural light from the interior of Westfield.

Only ordered a gooey caramel cheesecake and five wings mango and lime. The cheesecake turned up in about five minutes but the wings didn't turn up for nearly twenty minutes afterwards. And they tried to hide a burnt one underneath the others.. I was definitely going to find it guys. They get a two because the wings must've been rushed when they realised I still didn't have them yet, but I just waited as I had the cheesecake to eat. The staff were nice and smiley enough and the service wasn't as bad as last time but I won't be so afraid to come back here again. The toilets were a delight.. Erm, four cubicles which is great enough but each toilet had different 'wallpaper' and clashing toilet seats which was quite fun.

Hammersmith and city lines, central and London overground each serve this branch and bus routes available from uxbridge, camden, hammersmith, hounslow and Central London. Again another easy branch to get to.
