Staff named Asia served us, she was outstanding, her customer service was beyond extraordinary. Definitely a big thank you to her

One of worst Nando’s for service and food. Cold chips sent back, came back after 10 minutes leaving my chicken to get cold. Then complained to manager who can’t handle her role and advised I will now take the half chicken back and get fresh one, so now my hot chips that I had waited for 10 minutes are then cold when when the chicken comes! Absolutely ridiculous! West Brom Nando’s is an embarrassment to the Nando’s brand.

The service today was appaling, there was no person to greet when entering the restaurant, after waiting 5 minutes I went and sat myself at any table, 5 minutes later and still noone came, there were no menus on the table so I got up and wandered round looking for a menu, still noone asked if I was OK, I went behind the 'welcome desk' and helped myself to a couple of menus.

kia was very helpful.She was an amazing worker and made us have a nice laugh and a good meal give her a pay rise!

The young man on arrival was very polite and actually was a pleasure, however the waitress avoided eye contact and looked miserable throughout the duration we were there. The young man was exceptional both in manner and attention to detail

The gentleman that served us provided us with great service , he went through the menu, as we were unsure on what to pick. Also , we got our food within minutes of ordering, and delivered it professionally .

We visited two nights in a row and have to say, despite all the challenges on both nights Barbara was absolutely outstanding. She was so calm and professional throughout. She saved our visit. Thank you to her and the team.

This was my 2nd visit were food was served cold to us at this Nando's.
At our previous visit 10/02/2017 no one came to check that food was OK even after various attempts at trying to get peoples attention they arrived as we almost finished eating where our reply was the food was cold. The manager then gave us chicken cheques to replace meal and apologies.
My sister was ill that evening with food poisoning.

Great experience staff was very polite even know there was a wait on chicken I was told as soon as I walked in n reminded as I made my order all staff took part in making my nandos time amazing thank you will returning every soon guys

I booked a table at this restaurant for a large group I booked for 32 and 36 people arrived. The team at Nandos were fantastic. We were greeted promptly and shown to our tables the hostess was lovely. All of the staff were super helpful and accommodating and our food was awesome. Our entire party got out food really quickly all of that staff worked really hard as there was another large booking at the same time as ours. I have no complaints at all.

I visited your nandos on Friday 18th and was blown away by your staff member Jess, she was not only well presented but she made me feel like I was eating in the comfort of my own home. Having been before and been very disappointed with the other staff as I felt they were being fake and just trying to sell me something or looking for a tip. Jess has restored my faith in nandos she is a brilliant asset to your team.

It's also less than half a mile walk from both Lodge Road and West Brom Central tram stops.
