Fantastic experience from start to finish. I was running late to collect my order, but Jordan (Manager) and Sian went above and beyond to help. Even though it was after hours, they were incredibly understanding, friendly, and made sure I could still collect my food without any hassle. Their customer service was outstanding and really made a difference. It's rare to come across staff who genuinely care about their customers. A huge thank you to Jordan and Sian for going the extra mile, I really appreciate it. I'll definitely be coming back!
