Watford - Met Quarter - Anonymous Review

We visited Nando’s Watford – Met Quarter last Saturday to celebrate my son’s 11th birthday, and we had an outstanding experience from beginning to end. We were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived, and the friendly atmosphere really set the tone for a lovely family meal.
I would like to give special recognition to Mailo, who truly went above and beyond. We were a large group, and I accidentally missed one meal when ordering. Mailo immediately noticed, asked which meal was missing, and personally collected it for us within minutes. This thoughtful gesture meant I didn’t need to queue again and helped keep our meal running smoothly without any delays.
Later, when we needed additional food, Mailo was once again quick to help and incredibly attentive. His kindness, efficiency, and calm approach made the whole celebration completely stress free, which was especially appreciated on a busy birthday outing.
Thanks to Mailo and the entire team, our visit was memorable for all the right reasons. We are very grateful for the excellent service and for making my son’s birthday meal extra special.
