Stopped on in this one on my way back to Brum from London - and met a nice chap called James Colom :-)

If you just head into Watford Town Centre you come onto the Ring Road - and there are clearly labelled signs to a few car parks. I parked in Church Car Park. Only cost me £1 in total, so very reasonable and only a short walk to the branch from here (straight up the High Street).

Big full length windows to let you gaze out into the beautiful High Street and to let plenty of light in. A reasonable sized branch - chairs/tables at the front with larger seating/booths at the back. Plenty of space around the chairs/tables too (could easily squeeze a couple more tables in in needed) - and some nice bright lighting and artwork up by the booths at the back. The booths are also on a higher level too, so looks like it could be nice sitting up there - but otherwise, it's a bit of a plain Nando's: not necessarily run down, just a bit plain.

Arrived around 7:45pm and there were a few tables spare (maybe 3/4 full). No wait at the till either and the food came in just over five minutes.

Staff made the necessary chat, but nothing more.

Apart from the smallest portion of olives I've ever had in a Nando's (and one also had a big ol stone in it), the chicken was pretty good - as well as the extra free wing James didn't eat :-))) Plenty of sauce and hot chicken, perhaps not the meatiest portion I've ever had though. Nice chips and rice too.

A nice stop off before heading back up the M40...
