Warrington - Junction 9

We visited the retail park to grab some lunch we was greated by david and ehat a super friendly and exceptionally polite young man. He gave the usual speal of food drinks etc but the charm and sweet nature just made us listen. We also had mark pop by in intervals to check how we were and again what a dude! Polite with a charm that made us smile. We had Alfie serve our food and again.. jeez.. what a guy.

Poor experience 12+ staff. Busily doing nothing (other than cooking). Manning tills that we’re empty

After paying £25 for two average meals, the least you would expect from Nando’s is customer service at a higher level than other (less expensive) fast food restaurants. I arrived 10 minutes early for my collection (ordered at 6:45pm, the earliest collection time was 7:55pm and I arrived at 7:45pm as I was passing) to be told by your staff member Dan that I was too early. I of course decided to wait and he then said “are you just going to stand there?” What else did he expect me to do!?

Full platter with four sides the meal we always have and as always just perfect family where with us they had their own favorites they are regular nandos eaters and they had no complaints its was my sons birthday meal and a great meal and time was enjoyed by all

This is a new store, surprisingly empty on a Sunday evening with only 3 other tables occupied. I was told to sit where i liked, which is nice but, since no one followed me with a Barci i didn't have one on my table, i didn't get a check back on my food, i wasn't offered the option of buying dessert ( I was going to get a Naughty Nata if asked ) and no one cleared my table even though i was sat there for a good 20 minutes after i finished my meal.
