I visited today with my daughter, were there for around 11.30 when you opened - we are regular visitors. I love attending with her, this is our favourite place to go. I just wanted to comment on how good our experience was today. We had a great time and the service was great. As my daughter is autistic, I find it quite challenging on times to get her out. A server called Jack looked after us and made such a fuss of her, she felt like a queen.

Both of my menu choices at 4pm were not available and the only reason I did not leave was that I was part of a party of four. I was not impressed at all and won't be returning.

Lovely food and atmosphere great effort put in by our waitress Charlotte with my children. Food was delivered quickly too.

Took over 35 minutes for the main course to arrive, when it arrived the mash was cold. Also forgot to bring perinaise dips, but if it wasn’t for one of the waiters named Nick I don’t think we would of had our food at all. Also Nick made sure that we were compensated with free desert. We would have given Nick the money for the deserts as a tip, but as the tips are shared we felt that he was the one deserving and did not want the other staff to be rewarded for his hard work.

Butterfly chicken & 2 sides. Food was blah nothing great. Long wait for food, had to ask a few times where our food was, ordered sauces that we had to ask for, then food was cold but put on piping hot plate. Unsure why waiting staff are doing laps of the restaurant, when female staff grouped chatting around hot plate whilst meals are queing up.

Visited the llantrisant Talbot green restaurant today. Very disappointed of a number of things a long wait for food was waiting a good 25 minutes. There was no lemon and herb sauce available. No refillable soft drinks available. When food eventually come it was rather dry.
