We placed our order at the counter and tipped the cashier. I do that hoping to get good service.
I am a regular Nandos supporter and have noticed that Staff servings are almost more than double, compared with what a paying customers receive. Maybe check your cameras if any!!!(that is disappointing), my burger was slightly over cooked while served on a fat ribbed aged, leafed piece of lettuce...you would think that more care would be offered on the good gesture of a tip in advance (usually works). The chips had black spots on almost one third of the serving.
We tolerated that as the average standard of Nandos as it is not fine dining. The staff was absolutely noisy and eventually got louder and louder. Staff that sat next to us also warned them that it was too noisy but their request fell on deaf ears.My wife approached the staff that ate next to us, telling them that she was glad that they experienced what the customers have to put up with. They did apologize
I will not support that branch again. We spent around R343 and was at the store around 4 pm Sunday Afternoon.
