want to complain about ur staff working in nandos klcc! Jz nw I came to ur restaurant in klcc around 6pm and approached the waitress by asking thm table for 2 n its for break fast! thy straight away bring me inside n gv me 1 table. I understand tht there's no reservation policy in nandos during fasting mth n I was nt inform tht I hv to write my name outside plus thy said thts for waiting list n since I'm early I tot should be ok. I ask the waiter tht I wanted to go out for a while but I order the food and pay for it b4 I go. Thy said I can't do tht thn ok I jz wait. Out of sudden 1 indian guy I believe he's the supervisor thr he came n told me tht my table is actually been reserved! WTF earlier whn I ask them i can't reserved the place eventho I'm early n pay for my food n nw he came say tht ths place has been reserved! I argue with him n he seems can't answer it clearly their mistake! He said for muslim thy only can allow us in by 630pm n there's other muslim inside the restaurant. Thn he said he can't recognise me as muslim bt I'm talking in bahasa n I did mentioned earlier tht I came for buka puasa! He said no reservation bt the table tht. I sit has been reserved! WTF is ths!!!!! I'm nt eating thr for free or doing any charity! If true tht I hve to write my name in the wait list, y non of the waitress tell me tht! There's malay lady talking to me n told me tht I can order n pay for my food n cme cz she said no reservation n tht consider part of reservation bt y the indian guy said tht the table has been reserved?!!! is ths guy reserved the place for some1 tht he knws? Till he can ask me to leave?!! I ask him I came early n y aftr 20mins he said I can't do tht?! Its nt peak hours till thy can't see me! The only reason I come early cz I knw everywhr will be pack n gt no place to sit! Bt eventho I come early to ur restaurant I've been treated the same! To all muslim out thr! Pls beware of ths incident as I dnt want ths happen to u guys as well!
