I visited the Streatham branch with my family after my university graduation and apparently there had been an incident with kids fighting so service had slowed down. But Jack was in charge and he was amazing. He calmed us down and although we were hungry and had to wait, we were still happy to. He is so organised and has all the patience. We moved take twice and he was still very helpful. Aww, he has the excellent customer service and managerial skills. The food was also very nice.

i am a lambeth carer
my name is anna short i came to have dinner with 5 of our residents all have disabilities 2 were in wheel chairs
when we arrived the security garud got a ramp out for us as soon as we got to the door we were shown to a table by the friendly staff . we were made very comfortable the manager came over and greeted us two of our service users was not able to drink without a straw the manager saw that our every need was met .

Nando’s #100 in South London’s Streatham must have gotten the memo that we were coming, as they’d closed for a refit for the couple of months prior to our visit. Obviously embarrassed by their 11 year old décor, they’d made sure they were fully spruced up by the time we arrived. Ten of us visited at around 4pm on a Sunday afternoon. The place was expectedly busy.

Oh my God, this branch is so small....

We got there about 8 pm, opened the door and there was a queue literally behind the door, not great for anyone coming in. Mr Host said a ten minute wait for a table but it was a bit longer because he hadn't cleaned it. I decided to wait in the long queue whilst that was being sorted, getting bumped as I did.

My second Nando's of the evening took me to Streatham Hill... which is bit of a run down place compared to Clapham Junction. This Nando's is just a few minutes walk down the High Street out of the station (turn right), so easily found. There is an Odeon a few minutes further walk in the same direction and then Tooting Bec Common/Lido a few more minutes walk.

When I got in I immediately noticed the music and many of the group I was with showed a desire for an official Nandos soundtrack. The cleanliness was amazing, but the journey to the toilets was rather tense; there's a very ominous horror movie feel as there's no music and many a turn. Got in about 12:15 and got our food by about 12:35. Had the quarter chicken with chips and spicy rice.

while taking a gamble on missing my train, I thought it was worth taking the extra effort to tick off this branch for my 88th Nando's while work are still letting me visit London. After a 50minute bus ride to Streatham I was greeted at the door quite politely although the chap just walked away and started talking to someone else before finding me a table. Once I'd got the table and went to order, it was all fine, if a little slow with the food.
The food was fantastic obviously.
