The highlight of my trip to Nando’s was definitely the service received by Raphael. He had very high energy, was very attentive, friendly and just all around good vibes. He filled up my cup, gave me and my friend free soft serve, and provides us with tissues, cutlery and sauces without us even asking. His singing also created a very lovely, uplifting environment. The food also tasted excellent but Raphael made my experience for sure.
