Ten minute wait to get a table then ten minutes waiting to order. The queue wasn't that long however the tills decided to crash whilst I was placing my order. The poor trainee had about three people come over to help him but we still had to change till. He couldn't remember what I ordered so as he scrolled through all the recent orders I had to point mine out.

The food took about twenty minutes or more to arrive. Understandably the place was packed. When it did arrive Jackie and I had to reorganise our plates because they had jumbled our orders up despite a five minute difference in our completion of our orders. The food was okay. I hadn't had sweet potato mash in a while and it tasted really good. Paired with a lightly grilled halloumi portion and garlic bread with a lightly sauced mango and lime portion of chicken. The wing was slightly burned and the food was a bit warm but it was edible. Couldn't get anyone's attention for a while to ask for my gelado dessert which was funny because there were loads of staff walking around but no one really looking at the guests.

This place is huge with loads of decorations out but the toilets need work. There's a large collage above the till and grill area. It's actually a bunch of pictures together not really a collage and im sure there is a picture of Lil Wayne in there. There is a column with bottle tops stuck around in different colours to make patterns and there are hanging fairy lights which might look nice at night but weird In daylight.

All in all, size does not say bigger is better. The tables were a bit cramped together and there was even a table in the walk way which a guy asked to change. Too many people to cater to packed in so the staff are run ragged and can't look after more tables. Designed nicely but that's lost if you're frustrated waiting and waiting. .
