Stratford - Romford Road

The lady who welcomed me was wonderful, unfortunately u can't recall her name but it started with an A if I recall. I order the hot 1/2 chicken and it was also made brilliantly. Will definitely return to this Nandos.

I ate a very tasty and juicy full platter, i felt a very nice atmosphere, music and overall an amazing team, a special shout-out for the lady samantha, she was 5 star and we felt very welcome !

Our server, Denis, was really friendly and helpful. He was the best server Ive ever had in Nando’s and was very welcoming. Me and all 5 of my friends would agree.

This Nandos is amazing - my peri tamer chicken tasted like heaven. If I was rich, I would get Nandos every day.

I got boneless chicken with barbecue sauce, and I thought I was going to die of pleasure: the food was really nice and I enjoyed every bite. Nandos is heaven on Earth and I'm really sad to nit be able to come eat here every day: the staff are so attentive and take care of you. I'll be back really soon to enjoy more amazing chicken food <3

Plates, cutlery glasses al dirty. With pieces of old food dried un the them. Took a plate from the self service and there was a piece of old washed tomato and salad with some sauce still on there which made my hand dirty.
Ordered full platter with half one flavour and other with another flavour, but came with full same flavour. Food was not amazing, not really fresh and really disappointing.

Sumaiya and Elias were so great and extremely hospitable and friendly

There is a guy name telmo , he served us and he is very helpful and kind and help me with order my food and serve us very kindly and make us welcome as i told him we back in Nandos after 2 years . He is one of the best
staff in Nandos , because of his kindness i give a review Thank you

Ivan at the Stratford branch was great. Very friendly and welcoming. By far the best Nando’s experience I have had because of him.

Staff member Rosalba went above & beyond to make our experience very positive on all the occasions I have been to in Stratford.

When we arrived we were told they had tables, however we still had to wait a few minutes to be seated without any clear reason why (there was only 2 of us and we could see free clean tables). Once seated food came fairly speedily. When people around us left the tables and floor were left uncleared for ages which made the place feel dirty. But food was above average which kinda made up for the poor service.

Can only assume this branch has been refurbished within the last couple of years as it's definitely not in keeping with the 'older' side of Stratford. Ironically, depending on which exit you come out of at Stratford station, this branch is probably nearer/equidistant than the Westfield branch; just go through the Stratford Centre and turn left and it's a couple of minutes down. It's underneath a Novotel.

Stratford... lovely, lovely Stratford. I thought Feltham was lovely, but Stratford is even lovelier... I think I will stick to the Baird's hometown of Stratford-upon-Avon though...

Where to start....

Bottomless drinks machine was out of order so asked for lemonade, 10 minutes later was told there was none of that either. Food was luke warm, not piping hot like my regular branch at kings cross. then ordered dessert, was waiting in the queue and a member of staff kindly opened up a new till (which was nice) but had to wait 15 minutes just for an ice cream and a choc cheesecake- its not like the store was busy or there werent enough staff.
