Hi would like to give a big shoutout to Becky& Sam , on my visit they made our first visit to nandos amazing. I have been to a lot of nandos around the UK and they gave me and my partner the best service on our 1 year anniversary. I hope this gets back to them. Thankyou so much to becky,sam and the rest of the staff at southport. The food was also amazing! Medium chicken thighs and halloumi cant be beaten! I will be back.

We had great imitator Wraps ordered for collection from ocean plaza, southport. It was ready when we arrived and we were offered sauces etc. The food was hot despite the restaurant being busy. Very pleased. Thank you

Ollie the manage of the Southport branch went above and beyond to make our visit the best it could be. He was friendly, helpful and nothing was to much trouble for him. He was happy to help with everything we needed.

I had the sweet potato and pepper burger, rice and coleslaw. The burger was delicious but cold (but it was cooked, maybe left out under the lights for a long time?). The rice was slightly warm, but definitely not hot. The rest of my table’s food was piping hot. We waited approx 30-40 mins for our food in a restaurant with plenty of staff on and about 1/3 full (arrived approx 4pm).

Really enjoyed our visit and Charlie made us feel really welcome! He is lovely! Great food and they weren't shy with the sauce on the butterfly chicken like some other nandos I have been to!!

Had a sharing platter, with Piri Piri chicken. Very tasty, a very pleasant first visit to Nando's. Team member Charlie was very helpful and made us feel very welcome.

After a fantastic wedding, what better way to recover than visiting a new Nando's? The groom was also with us, and luckily this first meal of his married life was delicious.

The Nando's itself is rather old, and has a vintage Nando's sign on the outside - definitely a revamp required soon! However, it was spotless inside, so going to give a 3/5 average for decor and cleanliness.

My first veggie experience at nandos and it was a good one! Couldn't have a veggie burger without some halloumi, which was cooked exactly right. The giant metal cockerel in the centre of the nandos Southport was a nice touch.

Clean store and beautifully designed for a grand opening! Staff was extremely polite and got our meals out in record time. Ordered a large meal and they brang out chips on the plate as usual (a little bit less then normal) and said that another bowel of chips will be coming they just wanted to get the food out as quick as possible! - the other bowel was only a couple of minutes and super fresh as always. Great service, even received loyalty cards and a discount card.

I ate 1/2 chicken extra hot with side salad & corn with extra hot sauce
My husband had 1/2 chicken Mango & Lime with chips & garlic bread & we had bottomless glasses to drink.
Nandos Southport is always busy, food always excellent
Staff very friendly & efficient
Parking plentiful
Restaurant always exceptionally clean & tidy
I eat there at least twice a month, Nandos is our favourite restaurant.

I recently visited family in the area and we decided to go out for dinner. I suggested Nando's, because my family have not been to any of the chain's restaurants before and I was keen to share the experience. I'm pleased to say that this branch did not let me down. The place was fairly busy but the food didn't take long and arrived piping hot. We enjoyed a nice chat because the music was not too loud and in general the atmosphere was great for a relaxing family get-together.

Dropped into here for a late lunch and was pleasantly surprised! It's located on the Ocean Plaza that has a cinema and a whole bunch of other restaurants too.

Sadly for this area of Southport, it looks like the fair has seen better days - and a lot of it has been closed - so it's good there's a leisure park like this to keep the tourism going.

Parking is free, spacious and safe. Decor demonstrates impressive effort and is above average. Not as busy as most Nando's, given it's a less popular brand in Lancashire/Merseyside. Overall, fairly good quality.
