Staff single out on favourite clients .
Advised 10-12min ,ended up half hour in
waiting.( Missing in order ,a packet of
chips,is the reason for the wait). Service denied,is detrimental to client satisfaction.
BEE must not be a priority against a
minority and fairness must be applied.
