Due to the staff not been able to speak English our order came back wrong and we had to order our side dishes again. Throughout the meal we were pestered three times wanting payment for these. To make matters worse the card machine wasn’t working and we had to root around to find change all while our meal was going cold. We did want a dessert but thought it would be too much trouble to ask for.

I visited this Nando's on a Thursday lunchtime prior to going to see Aladdin the Musical's matinee production (that show is amazing btw). I arrived and only a few tables were occupied. I was asked if I wanted to sit at the "bar" (a raised table with bar stools) as I was on my own but I declined. I am old school and prefer a proper table.

Brik In soho London Nandos is so helpful, so lovely and just brilliant at her job. 5* service. Everyone else was amazing but she inparticular really stood out.

Great start for my first nandos meetup with you guys, and apart from #feelthechip moment everything was great. I got my food first but yet i wasnt first in the que. Lovely booths downstairs for small group, and going as a big group they handle it well.

One major problem i could see in the staff, is zooming down the stair, like it was a play ground. Just think of it, if they came zooming down those steps and smashed into something or even someone.

Right, so it wasn't really the Staff's fault that i had to wait for a gazillion other people to place their orders as it was my first Reviever Dinner. The restaurant was nice enough, but bearing in mind what was happening that night, they should have been better prepared.

It took over half an hour to get dessert when no one else was ordering anything. It comes from the fridge, what on earth?
The highlight of my evening was winning a combo meal in the raffle. I mostly enjoyed my free tap water.

Bit of confusion getting to this one as there were two in very close proximity but we got there in the end! I had a butterfly chicken with chips and garlic bread and two sides of halloumi which was my standard meal! Food came very quickly which i was happy about and tasted as good as ever

Well, what can I say? Another month, another superb Rate Your Nando's event courtesy of Marc Joss and James Colom.

We got off to a great start as the raffle proved to be very fruitful for me as I won the top prize of 2 £10 Nando's gift cards which I'm saving for the lucky lady who manages a third date with yours truly.

This was disappointing! Took 15 minutes to order and then 45 minutes for the food to come. It was dry and cold. The only upside was the company I was with. Won't be coming back to this branch any time soon.

This was my 5th RYN dinner and, having initially headed towards the wrong Nando's (Berners St), navigated my way through the winding Crossrail diversions through to Soho Square. It's quite an interesting branch - split over two floors; and we were in the basement, where a good long table was laid out for us - there's also some nice looking booth seating available.

I can’t really tell you how many times I’ve been to Soho Nando’s. I’ve been there that much over the last 7 years that the number is kinda’ insignificant. It’s a lot. This is mainly due to the central location. Just off Oxford Street. This time I was here for the Rate Your Nando’s reviewer meal and for my first time ever, we were seated in the downstairs area. The restaurant itself is generally well laid out, organised and decorated, with new art downstairs since my last visit.

'There's only one place we can go, it's round the corner in Soho Square... where other broken people go... let's go!' sang the legendary Pulp in 1995, and I went. Having eaten at Nando's quite a lot over the past fortnight, I though I must continue the burgeoning trend while finding myself in probably my favourite part of London. Unlike Camden, Soho still retains its authenticity while also enjoying cultural diversity.

Went here before seeing a show at the Soho Theatre, went on the basis that we needed a quick bite to eat before the show started and didn't have long, so it worked well. We arrived and were seated quickly, we all ordered individually, this led to our food coming out in a slightly staggered manner but it wasn't too bad. I had a half chicken with rice and salad. We were seated downstairs and it was a bit a dark, I prefer the locations with upstairs seating.

The outlet is split on two levels, the ground level and basement. When you enter the outlet you are immediately in the till area, and there doesn't seem to be an evident "welcome" area unlike other Nandos I have visited. On this visit only the ground level was open, which is quite cosy with tables shoved very close together. This caused a minor irritation for the party sat next to me, who kept commenting on how they were sat on our knees.

This is the first time I have provided a review to Nandoes. I love Nandoes and in the UK specifically can eat it almost every night. The branches I frequent most are Orpington (Nugent Park) and C.Garden. I went to Soho with a friend of mine from South Africa, and the Manager (Blue Shirt. Adrian or something, Poland).. we came in the place and did not get seated, I had to go and find him in the main restaurant, then ordered Chicken Avocado Salad, and my friend Wings..

I’d been planning this trip all week, so it definitely wasn’t just to overtake Pompey Ranger… This branch is a bit awkward to find if you don’t know London well, you it’s a short walk from Tottenham Court Road station, you have to walk west along Oxford Street and take the first left, then the road to the right across Soho Square, and it’s on that street. I had a really good first impression of this branch, it wasn’t very busy upstairs, and it seemed to be empty downstairs.

This branch has been recently refurbished and it definitely shows even if some parts still lack the classic Nando's feel. The booths downstairs have an outer space feeling to them and while the seating is very comfortable, the current table is not quite big enough to fit. You can of course order downstairs too where the whole range of cutlery, drinks and sauces are available.

Great location just off Soho Square with really nice decor and friendly staff. They mixed up our orders slightly (I got the extra hot intended for my friend and he got the hot I ordered), but it was still enjoyable. I've had better from this branch before, but it's always a good choice for those wanting chicken.

This branch is just off Soho Square - and from the outside, you'd be forgiven in thinking it was closing down! Could do with a nice lick of paint to spruce it up - but maybe that's what passes as trendy these days...

Inside it's reasonably decorated - as you'd expect for a fashionable area of London. Could probably be better though, especially when you see branches like Covent Garden.

A nicely decorated Central London branch with an interesting staircase that might just be a bit too narrow. Staff are friendly and food quality is generally above average. Highly recommended.
