I had half a chicken platter with 2 sides (my go to meal). I want to speak about a specific employee at nandos named Ioana. I always have a fantastic experience with Ioana! She provides exceptional customer service, consistently going above and beyond to make sure my son and I feel welcome. She’s incredibly friendly, always with a smile, and takes the time to check on us, asking if everything with our food is to our liking and if we need anything else. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers, and her thoughtful approach makes each visit a pleasure. She even takes the time to come to our table to chat, making us feel special. A truly lovely lady who makes every visit memorable!
