Me and my wife attended silverlink Nando’s, on arrival the man said it was 25 mins wait we asked to sit in the seating waiting area which had no people at all waiting. He said we couldn’t had to wait outside in the middle of winter because these seats were over ran at times by delivery drivers. Yet no one was even there. We then drove to cramlington Nando’s 5 mins away. Absolutely absurd, Nando’s is primarily a restaurant and I’ve always frequently attended it.

Amazing friendly service from all of the team but particularly becca (Rebecca ). She made sure we had our drinks and everything ready. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you

My friend decided we would go to this branch for his birthday. I did not think I had been before to this one but my friends were sure that we had, I still don't think I had been to it. It's next door to a big cinema and nearby to lots of shops. It was a bit awkward to get there as lots of roadworks were going on and we ended up heading the wrong way for a while before we could turn round to get there.

I'm spoiled for choice when it comes to unvisited Nando's in the Newcastle area, but I chose this one due to effortless free parking right outside. Luckily it was a great pick!

Decided to tick off the second last North East Nando's that I needed to visit, and Silverlink (North Shields) was the place. After a fairly pleasant drive, I arrived at Silverlink, and found the Nando's.

Entering the outlet, all I could think was WOW. The decoration here is spectacular, but more on that later! I was quickly seated by the helpful Nandoca, who showed me to Table 3, on the right hand side of the outlet, by the window.

First visit very good service especially from Sarah. Food very good had meal to share whole chicken with 4 sides. Good parking quick service.

This store is a new add on at a retail and leisure complex adjoining a Odeon Cinema. It's quite thin and compact but with a high ceiling. Colourful oil drum lids adorn the back wall and their colours compliment the fishnet balloon lampshades in multi colours. There is seating either side of the entrance which itself faces onto the servery. It has full height windows which need to be screened against the low winter sun due to its south facing aspect.

As a treat we ordered Nando's for our office and spent inexcess of £85.00 on food.
I was appauled to find a small pitta with a very small portion of chicken and a few limp lettuce leaves, constituted a £6.00 lunch !!
A bar meal in a decent pub would have cost less, been more value and more enjoyable.
Nando's fail to offer value for money and play on their popularity with the young and less deserning clientele.

After a long drive up to Newcastle, what better way to unwind than with a nice chicken dinner?

This Nando's is located on the Silverlink retail park which is well sign-posted by road. One thing that made me laugh was the wording actually on the road at a roundabout - "S'link Only" ha ha. There are thousands of free parking spaces too. The retail park is home to many large shops (I.e. M&S) and an Odeon and other eateries.
