this is my usual nando's i visit however this time i visited i found a hair within my creamy mash and upon telling a member of staff i was offered a new mash however at this point i was put off my whole meal! which is a great shame because i love nando's!! the new mash came 10 minutes later with an apology and nothing else to offer, i'm sad to say but i won't be returning to this branch!
