We had a group of 7 and it took about 40mins for most of our table to get their food, and the last person was waiting for nearly an hour. We had to ask staff to follow up on that order and when it finally arrived it was cold. They took it back and we watched the staff just out their chicken back on the grill. It even took a long time for the glasses to arrive for our bottomless drinks, like probable 20 minutes. The staff were apologetic which I appreciate but the wait was ridiculous. I've been to this Nando's before and it's never been this bad, not sure what was causing the holdup.
