This is our favorite go to restaurant and what stands out is the excellent service by the manager Ramzi. I’ve been there a few times when he wasn’t in and the quality of the food was definitely worse. He’s always welcoming and friendly.

I had the butterfly chicken. The breast was moust, tender, not all all dry and plenty of sauce to stop the dish being dry. Was the tastiest and nicest cooked Nandos I have had in any of the restuarants I have visited. I credited the chef to the manager as we get far to few thanks just complaints these days. My daughter ate all hers which us unlike her too. Will def be our place to go. The parking is so easy and convenient always, but even without that I'm def going back!

Amazing restaurant with good atmosphere and service. The staff were very welcoming and it didnt take long at all before we got our food. The food was also very delicious. One of the best Nandos I've been to and would come again. 10/10 from SA.

Waited 10min to be seated. Waited 20min in a queue to pay for food. Then there was the wait for the food itself. Staff standing around doing nothing. Very poor service. Unlikely to hurry back.

The service was exceptional, the supervisor Pal was so friendly and made our family feel very welcome and happy. Thanks to her and the other staff again.

Big thanks to husane and tremain. Excellent friendly service. They went beyond and above to give us a wonderful dine in experince one of the reasons we know we can always grab a quick diner in Nandos :)

Our server was Anjali. Although our food was late Anjali apologised for the delay. The service she provided was excellent and made sure to check on our food few times. The food was hot and we enjoyed our visit.

Reading Gateway Nando's is easily accessible and has free parking right outside in the retail park. There are four or five tables outside and our timing was good for a pleasant meal outside with the sun peeping in and out of the clouds throughout.

I had a fantastic nap on the way to this Nando's, so by the time I woke up, Daddy had already ordered the food and a Nando's fix was on the way!

I enjoyed the high chair, which was of a good quality and had an excellent space for me to put all my food within easy reach. I went for the garlic BBQ chicken with corn and chips from the Nandino menu, but my plain wrap and Mummy's rice were actually my favourites!

This Nando's is on the newer part of The Gate retail park. The main retail park is in the shadow of the Madejski Stadium (where the B&Q is) - but this Nando's is on Imperial Way, down the A33 a little more towards the M4. With the Madejski very close, there is a restriction on parking on match days - where customers can only park, for free, for 90 minutes. The rest of the time there is 2 hours free parking.
