Preston - Deepdale

Honestly this place has just become shocking…. Like sort it out, worst nandos I think there is. I appreciate there is wait times but when you have 6/8 empty tables becoming available yet you still have numerous people still waiting for tables makes absolutely no sense at all. The urgency to actually clear and clean tables is none existent…. Yet you have multiple staff stood around who are more concerned with chatting and socialising with each other than actually serving customers.

Mariana was absolute brilliant, best service we have ever received at nandos or at any other hospitality establishment. Thanks for looking after us both and our young daughter

Mango and Lime Chicken wings with rice and coleslaw, rest of party had burgers
The cutlery was extremely dirty and even when we went and changed it, it was all as bad, greasy and caked with dried on food. We asked for more forks as the container was empty and these were just as bad.
This was not what I would expect from anywhere and even though we enjoy eating at Nandos I doubt we will visit again.

Baig is a handsome worker who is very helpful and cheery he makes me feel like im at home eating in my own kitchen. He made me feel very welcome and he is always running around the restaurant with a smile on his face. He is a well spoken lad with lots of enthusiasm. However i had to wait atleast 45mins for my food and received it at 7:50 keeping in mind that Nandos shut at 8:00.

I ate the ceasar salad with medium chicken and it was amazing! My husband had the prego steak roll and he said it was lovely, would definitley go again! Brill experience! The staff where all lovely, the girl at the till was very helpful as we had never been before, she explained the menu thoroughly to us to make sure we properly understood, she also didnt rush us, even though there was a queue she helped me make the right decision about what i wanted! Very helpful!

This was a quick in-and-out visit so I won't go into too much detail (see fellow Nandoer reviews below).

Parking was easy. Food was fab. Had a chicken wrap with peri chips

First visit and very impressed. Customer service was excellent. Will defo go back. Staff great. Food great. Very clean. Fast service.

Very dissapointing visit.
Unwell 2am the morning after vommiting diarrhoea. My daughter awoke 6am vommiting and diarrhoea.
Will not visit again. The staff are young and immature they lack mature direction, staff more interested in staff rota (being completed in restaurant area with dirty used plates under the table).
Please complain if you suffered any of the above symptoms from previous visits or on the above date.

Hair in the rice.

Table cleaned twice, still dirty/sticky.

burger for 8 pound the size of a golf ball, came out on large plate on it's own(i would call it a starter!)

definately overpriced for what u get.

hot glasses, no ice.

waiting on staff(children!) pretty useless.

Only good part about the experience is that the manager was very apologetic and gave us a full refund.

Will not be going back though.
