I am a great fan of nandos..cannot even count how many times I have visited nandos.anyway I have sadly seen the quality of food maintained but the quality of staff overall and service deteriorate.impossible to get them to greet you or show a welcoming face when you enter and alwayss have a tired looking attitude Iike.. oh no I have to work another customer...let's face it what makes nandos so tasty is the sauce..you have to virtually beg or be overly friendly so the staff will add additional basting sauce so the chicken is not dry..love nandos ,love potch,hate nandos potch.
