Food was amazing, nost of the staff were chatting amoungst themselfs not crewing the door, espeacially when it got quiet the person who served me was amazing, the atmostphere was good but the staff just looked like they did not want to be there.

On Saturday evening (17 Nov 18), my girlfriend and I visited the Tower Park Nandos restaurant prior to our film starting at the Cineworld cinema. We had not planned this visit, and would not normally visited a restaurant such as Nandos, as we are both Plant-Based Vegans. However, things changed in a big way when we were met by our waitress Kayc (not sure if that is spelt correctly!?). She was a teenage girl who new the finer intricacies of the Menu inside and out.

Had to spend a Sunday evening away on business and arrived at the hotel at 9pm and quickly checked my Nandos app to see if I could find anywhere specialising in Portuguese grilled chicken nearby! Fortunately I found the Poole Tower Park branch nearby. This branch is situated on a retail park outside the city centre with plenty of parking. It also has a cinema next door for that classic Nandos and a movie combo nights out.

As soon as I step through the doors of this establishment I am transported to a unique dining environment, of which some restaurants desperately try to replicate but fail. While waiting to be seated, I can instantly see that everyone is happy and united under one roof for their love of Nandos' chicken. I was made to feel incredibly welcome and was even treated as an old friend, a rarity and forgotten trait in some eateries.

In the VERY busy out of town Tower park complex which features a cinema and swim pool and many food outlets which means that whilst parking is free is very hard to get a space. Cashpoints directly outside though no outside seating due to lack of space. From outside not impressive but very vell laid out and decorated inside. Simon on door very freindly and service fast and went to find me balsamic vinegar. Good mix of booths, tall tables and smaller tables with good wooden seats.

This Nando's is in Poolites' "pride and joy" (ha ha) - Tower Park. There's plenty of still to do and see here: bowling, cinema, water park, amusements, LA Fitness and a whole host of other restaurants and one of the two 24 hour Tesco within a couple miles of each other!

At the door i was greated by a very friendly member of staff who let us choose any table, very clean restaurant, friendly staff offering advice and i just love everything about it especially the food.

I was delighted when Nandos opened a branch a mere 7 minute walk from my house. Even more delighted to find it was the best Nandos I had ever visited. The restaurant is spacious, there is a massive variety of seating (raised, booths, long tables etc). The traditional feel is kept very well. There is lots and lots of parking, and plenty of other local amenities (bowling, cinema, amusements, swimming etc) less than 100 metres away!

I was unable to order my food and then come back to the branch (whereas I was allowed to do so at the Fareham branch). The branch is located in a leisure park where there is an excellent water park called Splashdown. I would recommend Splashdown in the morning, followed by Nando's for lunch!
