Emile provided excellent service during our visit to Nando’s. She was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made our visit enjoyable. Thank you, Emile, for the great customer service!

One staff member had come in with wet hair, no uniform and looked very unprofessional. My food took forever to get to our table and when i got it they got the order wrong. Getting my order wrong is fine but when i got the correct order it was cold and the spice level was higher than i would've liked. Sort this out nando’s as i am very disappointed.

We were welcomed with lovely friendly staff, who continued to be attentive throughout our last visit. Mel the manager was very helpful, we had a very lovely conversation with her and look forward to seeing her and the staff on our next Nando’s experience. The new Nando’s at Hampton was on point, the slick design of the restaurant and custom decor really stood out visually.

Last time we came to this Nandos it was pre covid. The food was average but the speed of service was terrible. We ordered and paid for starters and mains.waited 2

The service was slow

I am surprised there is no halal option I’m sure it would increase sales in Peterborough

Ordered food for delivery to be delivered at 6.55pm, but came at 6.35pm. Wrong food so someone else’s ordered. Called Peterborough store they apologised and said will get another order sent out. Five minutes later head office? call and say can’t get another order sent out on same order number? Poor service. No food. Three hungry kids at 7.15pm. Store keeps saying we didn’t do it on purpose. But give me a solution? None. Money refunded and no food. Poor, poor, poor.

I love Nandos and I had never had a bad experience before until I visited one in Peterborough. I have ordered chicken livers medium spice, but they were too spicy this time. So I've asked nicely a waitress to change it for me to lemon and herb spice. However, this time it was worse. It was really spicy still, but with loads of lemon juice squeezed over it. Was so disappointed and asked a waitress to change it again because the taste was disgusting.

I just wanted to say that the quality of your waiting staff is literally SECOND TO NONE and everyone at Nando's should be extremely proud of their colleagues in Peterborough. Nothing was too much trouble and if all your staff are as good as those here in Peterborough the head office management and owners/shareholders should know they have nothing to fear of the future.

It was my first visit to Nandos and the food was great. However the staff really let it down. One young girl, I think her name was Robbie, was extremely rude. We had to wait quite a while for our food and when I asked her politely where it was, she just replied bluntly. She was very unpleasant and did not want to help. For these reasons I will definitely not be returning but thank you to the chefs for the lovely food.

I had a butterfly burger and it was BIG.dripping with my favourite sauces and a side of garlic bread and coleslaw. Only had to wait a short while to be served so that was good as we were starving (as usual)
The great thing about Nando's in Peterborough is that the staff are so nice and attentive and they let me take one of their balloons home too. perfect!

Marco and the rest of his staff are friendliy and very helpful to the point we are at first name bases , every fortnight we celabrate a good show called the Sunday chill lounge on www.peterboroughfm at Nandos in peteborough , they always gives us our favorate spot upstairs ,we always mention nandos on the show .how good the food is and how friendliy the staff are,and how great the atmosphere is chilled just how we like it , keep up the good work guys

The restaurant itself is fairly new, but each visit I find the ladies toilet gets worse and worse. Not the usual standard of Nandos toilets I'm used to and I've visited restaurants across the UK. This is my home town Nandos and it disappoints me to give a poor rating.
This is the second time I've complained about the toilets, once on a previous visit in store.

Love the quirky decor! This branch is so different to all the other Nando's (and that's a lot!) I have visited. Service was great. All the staff knew what to ask and seemed very cheery. The food was brilliant and we were served quickly. Only niggle was the 5 min wait to order food. It's great to finally have a branch in Peterborough, no more treks to Bedford and Cambridge to get our Nando's fix!
