Next door to Lakeside Superbowl and a Laserquest type place - and then a 5 minute walk one way to the cathedral (where Nando's is very near to) and 5 minute walk the other way to the Showcase Cinema. Peterborough railway station is also only a 5 minute walk away from Nando's.
Parking: 
There is plenty of well sign-posted parking in Peterborough, but it's not until you get to some of the car parks that you find they are Pay and Display and only accept coins. It was the third car park I got to (Brook Street) where I could pay by phone. The first two (Trinity Street and Market) only accepted coins, even though Market was a multi-storey. The pay and display ones were very cheap - £1.50 for overnight (5pm-7am) and during the day a maximum of £3.50 anyway. Brook Street was £2 for up to 2 hours and £4 for 24 hours, so again very cheap.

I am always incredibly impressed with the service here at Nando’s, welcoming us in with a smile and taking our seating preferences into mind, we truly feel cared for and respected. The food is always quick to come and we can always rely on Nando’s to have a lovely atmosphere which me and my friends can enjoy and relax in.

One staff member had come in with wet hair, no uniform and looked very unprofessional. My food took forever to get to our table and when i got it they got the order wrong. Getting my order wrong is fine but when i got the correct order it was cold and the spice level was higher than i would've liked. Sort this out nando’s as i am very disappointed.

One lady looked like she had just got out the shower (wet hair, not in nandos uniform)
Food was cold and we had been given the wrong sauce (too spicy) but we didnt say anything to because we already had to send the meal back once due to wrong sides. Very disappointed

We were welcomed with lovely friendly staff, who continued to be attentive throughout our last visit. Paid £30 plus for a home delivery and very dissappointed at value for money. No breast meat and left feeling hungry. Food was also cold when delivered. Feeling ripped off with small cold portions.

The male person who gave me my food was rude acted like he did not want to be there and told me no sauce satchet for my takeaway food. I should buy if I want sauce.

Saving grace of this location is tagged first girl who initially approached me on arrival- warm, friendly and patient with a welcoming smile.

Five minutes later head office? call and say can’t get another order sent out on same order number? Poor service. No food. Three hungry kids at 7.15pm. Store keeps saying we didn’t do it on purpose. But give me a solution? None. Money refunded and no food. Poor, poor, poor.

I came into nandos with my friend and was warmly welcomed in the place looked clean and the mood was great !! We had an exceptional meal but was not welcomed by 3 young lads that was very abusive towards us before too much harm was done two male members of staff came too our aid and handled the situation far better then I would expect from someone in this industry even after a one was physically assaulted he kept his cool and showed unbelievable control too keep cool .

I love Nandos and I had never had a bad experience before until I visited one in Peterborough. I have ordered chicken livers medium spice, but they were too spicy this time. So I've asked nicely a waitress to change it for me to lemon and herb spice. However, this time it was worse. It was really spicy still, but with loads of lemon juice squeezed over it. Was so disappointed and asked a waitress to change it again because the taste was disgusting.

I just wanted to say that the quality of your waiting staff is literally SECOND TO NONE and everyone at Nando's should be extremely proud of their colleagues in Peterborough. Nothing was too much trouble and if all your staff are as good as those here in Peterborough the head office management and owners/shareholders should know they have nothing to fear of the future.

I had the double chicken wrap with Medium sauce with sides of Chips and Corn with a side of drink. The Restaurant was very spacious with lots of room to move around. The only parking you could have for it was maybe the car park which is very much a 5-10 minute walk away but everything was as you expected it to be.

It was my first visit to Nandos and the food was great. However the staff really let it down. One young girl, I think her name was Robbie, was extremely rude. We had to wait quite a while for our food and when I asked her politely where it was, she just replied bluntly. She was very unpleasant and did not want to help. For these reasons I will definitely not be returning but thank you to the chefs for the lovely food.

I went to Peterborough for the weekend in August for a family 50th birthday party so after we checked into to a hotel our aim was to line our stomachs before an evening of booze!

We headed into town looking for the Nandos. There was about 10 of us in total so we were given a larger table upstairs. The first floor looked over the main square so it was a good table to accompany the good food!

I had a butterfly burger and it was BIG.dripping with my favourite sauces and a side of garlic bread and coleslaw. Only had to wait a short while to be served so that was good as we were starving (as usual)
The great thing about Nando's in Peterborough is that the staff are so nice and attentive and they let me take one of their balloons home too. perfect!

This Nando's is in the heart of Peterbrough in Cathedral square the historic centre of the town with views of the old Guildhall outside and a short walk to the town hall, the cathedral and Queensgate shopping centre. In Queensgate shopping centre is the local bus station and also parking which is charged at £2 for 2 hours increasing by a £1 each hour. They have special prices with free parking after 5:30pm on Thursdays and just £2 all day on Sunday.

Marco and the rest of his staff are friendliy and very helpful to the point we are at first name bases , every fortnight we celabrate a good show called the Sunday chill lounge on www.peterboroughfm at Nandos in peteborough , they always gives us our favorate spot upstairs ,we always mention nandos on the show .how good the food is and how friendliy the staff are,and how great the atmosphere is chilled just how we like it , keep up the good work guys

The restaurant itself is fairly new, but each visit I find the ladies toilet gets worse and worse. Not the usual standard of Nandos toilets I'm used to and I've visited restaurants across the UK. This is my home town Nandos and it disappoints me to give a poor rating.
This is the second time I've complained about the toilets, once on a previous visit in store.

Love the quirky decor! This branch is so different to all the other Nando's (and that's a lot!) I have visited. Service was great. All the staff knew what to ask and seemed very cheery. The food was brilliant and we were served quickly. Only niggle was the 5 min wait to order food. It's great to finally have a branch in Peterborough, no more treks to Bedford and Cambridge to get our Nando's fix!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Attentive to our every need. Slight problem processing military discount but put this down to them only on day 2 of opening. Restaurant very clean, staff sweeping floors under tables after customers leaving. Facilities top notch and very clean indeed considering how busy they were. Restaurant near to main shopping centre so ample parking.

best part is that in trafford centre ugo for relaxation fun and to eat so naandos completed it u get every thing u dont have rush from trafford to have excellent food some where but u get it over their thanks naandos foor entering in our lives.
