I do not remember the exact day I did visit, but I normally go on weekdays most commonly Wednesdays.
The staff is friendly yes and they can hold some conversations with customers which is good.
I do however have to complain about the sauce sachets. We either have to ask for it and be given the look or a comment that we are not allowed to get more than 2. This is upsetting because yes we would have extra sauce on the meat but would still appreciate the mild sachet sauce on the side especially when one orders BBQ or Lemon and herb flavors as that controls the amount of chilli that a customer prefers. If Nando's cannot just give out sauces, can they at leave sell them then so that we know that we need to add that R5 for 2 sachets of mild sauce because asking for them feels like a crime and the staff surely makes us feel that way too.
