Oxford - Cowley Road - Anonymous Review

Hi I normally don't write reviews but i feel sorry for the team this time the way people react towards them. me and my friend entered the restaurant for the dinner around 7.35 and Restaurant was full and the person at the door greeted me within 2-3 min and informed us waiting time will be Minimum 15-20 Min but could be quicker as we were only 2 and actually we got table by 10 min. we placeed and order seperately and my friend got her food quicker than mine but this person 'Omesh' I think he was at the door as well. noticed and ask me if im waiting for my food and he went to check and he brought my food within 1 min. I was amazed he was going to each and every table almost and one of the table not sure it was 7 or 1 he was really rude to the team he was saying "his chips is cold touch it try it" and this person offered him fresh chips he said he dont want than he offered a meal he still dont want but his friends were saying their food is fine. as soon as this Omesh left from there. he was saying he will make a complaint to Headoffice and he will get full refund or voucher. this is wrong very wrong you shouldnt do this. they eat everything nothing left on the plate when they left. so speak to the person before you make a any decision if he really complaints about that day. this guy must be rewared he is so pure honest and a he knows what he is doing. he deserve
