The food was delicious as always, but what really stood out was the service. Our waitress, Imani, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was so friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. It made the whole meal even more enjoyable. Huge thanks to Imani for such great service!! I’ll definitely be coming back!

First visit for me at this location. Very impressed with the restaurant. Great food. Friendly staff especially Ash-lee who greeted us, seated us,explained some things on the menu to me & was super polite . Will definitely visit again !!

Unprepared for our party of 12, despite having booked in advance. No menus on table, had to go to till to ask for these. Food came out over a period of around 20 minutes, which meant that we did not eat together (which was the whole point of going) ran out of bottled lager - early on Saturday evening.
Very very poor. As in other reviews, staff stood around talking and had to be asked to clear the table. In all, a woeful experience.

Walked in after twenty five minute wait. My sister asked the manager who was a male in a grey top that she has an Nhs card so would she eligible for a discount. He was rude and said coldy that she would have to order on her mobile.

Food came late, my sister chips were cold and then took ages to come when she mentioned it to a staff member.

Had the amazing fino pitta, and the brownie for dessert, all the staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was spot on.

Zulekha went above and beyond to make sure we was happy. She was amazing. Best staff here !!! Can’t recommend enough. Nicest person. Thought she was a manger . Deserves a promotion!!

As we arrived at Nandos we were greeted but a young Asian girl with glasses. She gave us a warm welcome and was always smiling. she took us to our tables and settled us down and explained the process of ordering food at Nandos even though we already knew it we were happy to listen as she was being very friendly and cheerful and in all honesty, she lighten our day.

Staff were really good. The young girl who took the order was great and we had a good laugh and made ordering really pleasant, she needed help applying my NHS discount and the gift cards I had with support from another member of staff who was really good with her and me.

Ecxellent service Beth the manager was so attentive and professional. All the staff made us feel so welcome nothing was to much trouble. Would definitely come here again and make it our regular place to dine. Thank you Beth and all the staff for your ecxellent service.

Service was none existent. Poorly managed and unfriendly staff . Waited ages for our food when it did arrive after standing on the pass for quite a while it wasn't great. Chips had gone soggy. Chicken livers had dried up. Very dissapointed with this new restaurant. Especially after looking forward to having one in my local area. Every other restaurant I've visited are fab. This one needs a kick up the rear. Or a new manager to enthuse staff. Shocking.

Visited this Nando's on a very wet evening, so some hot chicken was just what I was after! This Nando's is in the city centre and located right by the Odeon and large TJ Hughes. Oldham Central tram station runs infront of the Sainsbury's which is just a couple minutes walk from Nando's.
