Me and a friend dined in at Nando’s today. Even though it was a busy bank holiday, Paul let us know there would be a 10-minute wait. He was spot on with the timing! Despite being rushed off his feet, Paul was incredibly friendly, attentive, and took the time to check on our food. Speaking of the food, it arrived shockingly fast and was absolutely delicious—the loaded fries with peri tamer are a must-try! This was easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at a Nando’s. I had to get Paul's name because his excellent service truly deserves recognition. Thanks, Paul!
