This store had not long opened so I was very keen to try, how disappointed I was and haven't returned since! Although staff were polite enough and the place was well decorated and clean, the service was the slowest I've ever received in a nando's and staff were ignorant when they wanted to be. When food and desserts had not arrived after a lengthy wait they were ignoring us so they didn't have to answer our questions on where I food was. We were also bought the wrong desserts and they didn't want to bring us our desserts bill! In the end I went to the manager by the door and told her 45 minutes just to eat a dessert was unacceptable, so she told us the desserts were free. We left and I am yet to return!
