Sixfields is just outside the town centre and so is 1.5 miles walk from the train station. Northampton Town (Sixfields stadium) play next door and Northampton Saints (Franklin's Gardens) is just under a mile away. While there is a Cineworld on the same site - this actually closed on 19/01/25. The nearest cinema is Vue in the town centre. There is a Tenpin bowling alley on Sixfields also.
Parking: 
There's free all day parking on Sixfields - except when Northampton Town or Northampton Saints are playing at home, so do check the fixtures!

The manager was very friendly and was very organised with his staff! The food was super too!

We went in after the football, the place was heaving, queuing out the door. We got the last available table, food was unbelievably quick for how busy it was. Lovely, clean, modern and friendly restaurant.
Jess came to ask if our meal was ok? I told her, best Nandos ever! She genuinely looked so happy that they were doing such a good job. 4 thighs- hot, double chips, lashings of hot sauce =boom!!! It was awesome! Well done Nandos sixfields.

I ordered 2 meals, Jason was the friendliest of staff, ensured we were looked after and comfortable. He went above and beyond he honestly deserves a raise

This Nando's is on the Sixfields Leisure park. It's just outside the town centre and so is 1.5 miles walk from the train station. There's free all day parking - except when Northampton Town or Northampton Saints are playing at home, so do check the fixtures! Northampton Town (Sixfields stadium) play next door and Northampton Saints (Franklin's Gardens) is just under a mile away. While there is a Cineworld on the same site - this closed on 19/01/25 (so may re-open in the future).
