North Hobart - Anonymous Review

This is for Launceston- which isn’t even on the website- I can understand why after visiting: Had booked a table for 9 people, for a birthday, only to discover no one had bothered to check their bookings. Had to wait while tables were hurriedly put together . When we went to order in person the staff member had no idea what was on the menu- told us they didn’t sell orange juice, we had to show them the menu. Was left to carry all the drinks up stairs while trying to also manage with a walking stick. Had to ask for glasses for the table water, while watching another table drinking directly from the bottles due to no glasses being available. 2 people at our table didn’t get their meals and when they asked for a refund was told by the manager’ that he didn’t know how to give a refund- he had to call someone to ask. Terrible service would NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.
