I have visit Nandos Central now 4 times as I love the service there. We arrived and was greeted by Grace who had a amazing smile and was very warm and welcoming. She was well dressed and was very professional and so polite for a young lady. I visited with my Autistic daughter who is 16 and she can feel overwhelmed eating out and is a fussy eater. Between Sam, Grace, Tom and Sanna they managed to make my daughter feel comfortable and welcoming to the point she was smiling and talking more. We ordered our food with Tom who was also very polite and was having a laugh and joking with my daughter and self and mad my daughter smile ( rare occasion). We explained we was staying overnight to do some shopping, they advised us of areas to go and sights to see and gave us great knowledgeable information about the area. The food was so fresh we have two/three in Bradford and out products are not as fresh or well cooked as the meal we received at this branch. My daughter is a fussy eater and even commented how nice and fresh the garlic bread was. Sam suggested the new Peri-Honey sauce that my daughter tried something new, this is a massive step for her and my self and Sam and Grace mad her feel so comfortable. I will defiantly will come again to this branch on my next trip as we have amazing service, amazing food and a amazing experience. This was mainly because of the service the staff members gave us and this need recognising.
