So this was an online order. I had a vegetarian. It arrived over an hour later and was missing half the ingredients. What I got was a wrap that was a lot of bread, a smear of feta priced at $4 extra, a squished up patty, mayo, some lettuce and a very token piece of cucumber or two right at the bottom. It was cold and horrible. I won't be ordering from Nandos again.

The guy behind the counter was nice and polite until we wanted to pay wth cash he said they dnt accept cash woulda spent close to 150 bucks unfortunately we walked out

Riccarton Nandos branch is very badly run. Service is not great. Very cold and dismissive staff. Dry chicken. The Papanui Nandos branch is quite good though.

Walked 20 mins to just get told after a half hour wait at the counter “go sit outside an order online” checked reviews on google an apparently this is a common theme, didn’t actually get good as we left.

Restaurant wasn't busy yet the staff member who waited our table seemed in such a hurry to make us leave, we didn't have an enjoyable experience. We ordered a few different plates to share and as soon as one was done she removed it and tried to remove the others we were eating from. This happened 3 times.... once didn't phase us but 3 times! Was very clear we hadn't finished. Utterly rude.
