Unbelievably slow when all I ordered was chips and pita and then chips came wrong and I had to wait all over again over 25 minutes just for that. One lady was at least nice but crazy wait for what I ordered and pita went cold waiting for my chips to re cook as I was told take away only and I couldn’t eat there.

in lower hutt there was this one guy i don’t know his name but he was quite chubby with long hair ( in the nicest way possible) just wanted to acknowledge his beautiful customer service from taking the order until we finished our meal. nice greetings, checking ins if we needed something, and beautiful manners. awesome customer service!

Person who took my order was pleasant with a fixed permanent smile, I had requested for my chicken to be well done with crispy bits and xtra spicy but what came out was more like boiled chicken with hardly any spice , this happened to me three times and I just don't feel like going back

This Nandos was incredible! The staff were so friendly and speedy with my food. I put in a special request to make my food super spicy, and they delivered; hot basting, extra hot basting, XX hot sauce, and peri drizzle on top!! I love going here and will 100% be returning.
