Person who took my order was pleasant with a fixed permanent smile, I had requested for my chicken to be well done with crispy bits and xtra spicy but what came out was more like boiled chicken with hardly any spice , this happened to me three times and I just don't feel like going back

This Nandos was incredible! The staff were so friendly and speedy with my food. I put in a special request to make my food super spicy, and they delivered; hot basting, extra hot basting, XX hot sauce, and peri drizzle on top!! I love going here and will 100% be returning.

Order was forgotten and when I spoke to the staff they were dismissive, lack of customer service. When the food arrived the young staff member just plonked the food down, no apologies for lateness and just walked off in a belligerent manner.
