Very friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and great food!

Great food and excellent customer service! The food was full of flavor, cooked perfectly, and served hot. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made the whole dining experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for tasty food and a welcoming atmosphere

I usually order the loaded fries from Kingston branch but in some instances I have ordered from new Malden. Today will be the last day I do so. Everytime I have been the service is so poor that guests are seating themselves, food is rushed or left on the stand for some time that it actually arrives loop warm, no apologies for any delay. Things really need to change there as it’s so bad.

My food delivery order didn’t arrive. The manager of this branch Ayrton refused to send me out another order even when I offered to pay for a cab to send it in he said no he wouldn’t do that then rudely slammed the phone down on me when I pointed out that they had taken my money and not delivered the food I paid over £28 for. He was trying to pass the buck to that pointless shower Deliveroo saying I needed to contact them. I paid my Money to Nando’s of New Malden.

Food was banging but even more fiery due to Alessia’s customer service, would deffo come again!

Walked in 20 min after opening. Most tables dirty, menu's definitely not cleaned (covered in ketchup) made me worry about the rest of the standards!

Garbage restaurant make excuse even when food is ordered online can’t even deliver to the right *ucking house useless staff and useless people who can’t even drop off food disgraceful service

Irja advised us there was a 20-30 minute wait. We then decided this would be too long for the kids and so waited to place our take away order.

Irja then returned to say that a table had become free and we would be able to be seated in 5 minutes. Service was great all the staff were highly attentive. The food was great as usual! Irja in particular is a great asset to the New Malden branch. The kids even searched for her at the end of the meal to say "thank you".

This is still my favourite Nando's - being less than 700 steps from my front door. (Thank you fitbit). I don't go here as often as I did when it first opened - but I am always treated like a long lost friend when I do. One staff member in particular always makes time to stop and chat.

The food came out quickly and tasted really good. Service was friendly as ever (at the till point and colleagues out serving).

This was a belated leaving do with some colleagues from my job I left just before Christmas. Most of them had not been to this Nandos before and they all commented on how nice and spacious it was, as well as that the decor was really nice. They all had driven or taken public transport and found parking easy and transport links good (lots of local free roads for parking and near several bus routes and the mainline train to waterloo).

I love this Nando's and not just because it is 5 minutes walk from my home. I went with a friend for a weekday dinner at around 6pm. My friend had not been to this Nando's before but was very pleasantly surprised - and she is a tough cookie to please.

Grandsons birthday we went for late afternoon meal, some staff were not very happy as we were14 of us. We didnt mind waiting, felt staff were not pleased about the numbers. Even one staff mentioned that we should go to kingston branch. At the allwent very well, felt that staff need some customer care training. We all enjoyed at the end.

Was looking forward to this one - a brand new Nando's, so expectations were high! This Nando's is located on the roundabout with The Fountain pub and the High Street. There is a multi-storey for Malden Central almost opposite Nando's which is open 8am-10pm Mon-Fri and Sat 8am-7pm (charging 8am-6:30pm) priced at £0.90/hr.
