Seriously the worst franchise I've ever set foot in. My fiancé and I would never ever go back to this branch and that is saying something I have been a loyal customer since 2007! The service from the beginning was really bad- reflection that staff need extra training. The person taking my order got it wrong and failed to recite it back to me otherwise this problem wouldn't have happened. They missed a side off my order so I went to order again (no apology) which would have been nice- customer service obviously staff need retraining..
