Having been there before, I was very disappointed this time at how rude some of the staff were. It was pretty busy when we got there and we were sat at this table that hadn't been wiped properly, there was food on the floor and after I asked the host to wipe it for us she left it half wet. We waited over half an hour for our food and when it finally came it was cold, part of the mash it was cold (I think it was frozen!) so sent it back and had to wait another 15 min. Staff were incredibly rude and didn't even apologise for our wait. We will definitely never go back there and it is amazing how the Nando's in The Gate where we go to all the time offers an excellent service all of the time, whereas this one was just a big disappointment.
