Melville - Anonymous Review

I do not remember the exact day I did visit, but I normally go on weekdays most commonly Wednesdays.
The staff is friendly yes and they can hold some conversations with customers which is good.
I do however have to complain about the sauce sachets. We either have to ask for it and be given the look or a comment that we are not allowed to get more than 2. This is upsetting because sometimes I picked up my order after asking for extra sauce on the meat and it was not done, so the extra sachet would have sufficed. This goes for people who also order not so hot meat, so the extra sachet on the side would be a win. If Nando's cannot just give out sauces, can they at leave sell them then so that we know that we need to add that R5 for 2 sachets of mild sauce because asking for them feels like a crime and the staff surely makes us feel that way too. Twice now I have asked the staff for extra sachets and they told me they did put, only to find that there wasn't any in my take away. Not only that, but they get annoyed when you unpack your order in front of them to check if they actually did put in some. Please fix that
