This store is in the posh and swanky area of Spinningfields, I had a little problem to find it at first as was expecting it to be on the main street but it was down a side road and once spotted it is was very obvious. There are local upmarket shops to choose from but i think mostly it will serve the local banking and business community.

There was a nice external seating area complete with sunshades and illuminated large red plastic flower pots outside and the store itself was very modern. Perhaps a little too modern as could do with more decoration and was a little black and bleak. They do take good care of it though and it was truly spotless inside even to the point of chairs placed at the right angles to tables. The beverage and sauce station was also clean and tidy and well stocked. The toilets were clean and tidy and the quiet close doors a very good feature.

The staff were polite but i wouldn't describe them as overly friendly (may be due to the fact I wasn't dressed as smart as the normal clientèle not realising it was in quite such a posh area.).

My chicken was burnt on the outside but not majorly so once the skin and the end of the wing was pulled off it was edible, The chips and sweetcorn were both very good. One of the staff did come and ask what I thought of my meal and when I told them apologised but didn't offer to make any changes. After about 7 minutes when I had almost finished they came back and offered to recook the breast which I declined as I didn't want to wait for it and had already nearly finished off my sides. If it had been offered at the point I they enquired about my meal I would have probably taken it. Though I did take a free coke instead.

The store was all ok but didn't find it as welcoming as some Nandos but like I say it may because I wasn't as smart or upmarket as many of their customers are.
