Comments - Stand out in our monthly competition! What did you eat? Unique aspects? Parking/transport tips?:

Utterly disappointing - had a 20 minute wait to be seated, once seated we went to order to find out that they had run out of a lot of food and our friends had to amend their order 3 times. When food came, our friends received their food and 20 minutes later, me and my partner were still waiting - not what you want when you go out to enjoy a meal with friends! When we asked where the food was we were asked ‘did no one tell you we had run out of burgers and therefore will be a delay on these’ to answer, no one had told us otherwise we would not have ordered as we had a show to get to. Eventually the food came followed by a very incompetent manager. The manager came over and stated ‘what do we need as she doesn’t know, she had just been asked to come and speak to us’ so we told her our issues, to which she she simply told us she only found out herself there was a delay on burgers 10 minutes prior and there was obviously a miscommunication between herself and another manage, which to be honest - that is not our problem. We explained we were now late for our show because of the delays which she did apologise for and then offered us free desserts - ironic considering we had just told her we were already late for our show so obviously we declined. Unfortunately we did not get the name of this manager but she had reddish hair. The food was nice but due to the delay my partner and I had to rush eating to make our show and did not really get to enjoy. Just very disappointing and made worse by a manager who did not seem to care. A simple solution would be to tell people at the door before they wait for a table if there is a delay on food and what food you are out of so people can make up there mind if they want to wait and then would not have grounds to complain.
