I would like to give a special mention to Fahad for providing truly exceptional customer service at Nando’s. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional and genuinely attentive. What stood out most was the way he went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. He was friendly without being overbearing, attentive to every detail, and made us feel like valued customers rather than just another table to serve.

It’s rare to come across someone who takes such genuine pride in their work. Fahad’s attitude, professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction reflect incredibly well on Nando’s as a whole. He created such a positive atmosphere and made our visit memorable for all the right reasons.
