Horrible service went in to do a take out order got told it would take 15/20 mins which was fine i placed my order at 3:45pm I saw my order getting packed and placed at the collection part so I waited to be seen by a staff member to see if it was my order at this time it was 4:15pm she went over to the order stand to which she said no it not done yet and walked away another half a hour passed everyone that had got served after had got there order and was gone the same girl asked another member of staff if my order was done to which she got told of the over staff member “yeah it’s over there it been done for ages “a pointed to the bag that she had said weren’t my order the girl got another person to come over to me with my bag which was filled of cold food that had to be re heated such a joke I don’t understand why she didn’t pass me the bag in the first place when I asked for it
