The staff is rude and don't know how to treat their customers well.
This branch doesn't deserve the money paid for the meals.
Customers pay the money that makes the fortune of the company and salaries of employees, but they get treated very rudely in return.
I don't recommend it for anyone.

I travelled to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia... Just recently based on the service and food I expect from my UK Nandos we went to eat at Nandos at the Pavilion in Kuala Lumpur... Initially we expected the same if not similar service... Far from it... Order is taken at your table ( took several hand waving to alert staff that we are ready to order). Ordered piri piri chips, expecting the piri piri chips to be smothered with the piri piri spice's... But ! Nope... They said they don't do that here !

Nandos always be my first choice when i having dinner in shopping complex. Nandos Pavilion has welcome and friendly staff, greet upon arrive and leaving, food is always up to Nando's quality (and dont forgot the Delicious Garlic Peri Peri sauce!!!), and the environment is suitable if you need some privacy for your dining session, there have a lot of partition.But this partition don't block the staff to see and serve.
