No staff checked on us of our online order or reminded us that we have to pay first b4 they can process the order.
We were waiting for almost 30 mins b4 we decided to walk up to the counter to check on our order...to be told that we have to pay first! By then other customers had walked in which means we had to wait our turn longer!! The staff were not friendly n showed no interest in entertaining customers. Very unprofessional n disappointing!!!
