No one greeted us, we had to go to counter ask if we can be seated, staff replied very rude, u can seat anywhere without a smile. Staff asked if we hv ordered in a rude n unfriendly manner. Food plates culeries were wet n not comfortable. Tables were unclean tho no crowd. Service terrible, we hv to ask for food, waited for 40mins, my kid was starving. Food tasted bad. Chicken had smell, spice rice tasted bad. We wanted to leave as soon as we completed for the sake of we paid for the food.

The staff is so rude served me cold wages and cold grilled chicken. I asked for hot spice was given mild. Very disappointed.

Please check your ordering system. After I hv paid via online I waited so long until i hv to ask where is my order. The staff only noticed tht the online order did not get updared in the system.

Day 2 in Malaysia and it was time to visit another Nando's. This one also wasn't on the website yet, and I'm guessing it is fairly new since it had the best decoration of any of the Nando's we have been to so far in South East Asia. Still nothing standout in terms of artwork though, so I fear a 5/5 in this category might not be possible here. On arrival there was no one seating people, several tables waiting to be cleaned, and a waiter who clearly saw us but didn't come over.
